EP Consulting is proud to celebrate Mark Hobb’s 10-year anniversary with our team. Since joining in 2015, Mark has been instrumental in delivering innovative mechanical design solutions across education, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects.
As a Senior Design Engineer and registered Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA206035), Mark plays a vital role in creating energy-efficient, low-carbon buildings that comply with Part L regulations. His expertise ensures our clients achieve sustainable, cost-effective solutions, helping them meet ambitious energy targets while reducing environmental impact.
Mark’s professional journey reflects his dedication to sustainable design. With a BA (Hons) in Design, an MSc in Sustainable Design & Innovation, and Revit MEP Essentials certification, he combines technical excellence with creative problem-solving. Since 2017, his LCEA Level 5 accreditation has enabled him to specialise in low-energy building design, guiding clients toward greener, compliant developments.
Over the past decade, Mark has delivered mechanical design services across a wide range of sectors, supporting EP Consulting’s mission to provide innovative, sustainable engineering solutions to NHS trusts, local authorities, and commercial clients. His contribution continues to strengthen our reputation as a trusted partner in building services engineering.
