Bridgford Hall Planning Permission Received

Bridgford Hall now has planning permission together with listed building consent for its refurbishment plans. M&E design work is ongoing to sympathetically integrate building services into this Grade 2 listed building. The works consist of the creation of a Registrars (Weddings, Births & Deaths, Nationality Checking) facility on the ground floor and serviced apartments on the first and second floors. There will also be two new extensions; one for the apartments main entrance and for a new lift and staircase. Work is expected to be complete early 2017.
