Belper Community Health Hub: Progress Update

Steels are in! It’s great to see the £15m state-of-the-art Belper Community Health Services Hub starting to take shape. This modern outpatient facility, built on the site of Babington Hospital, is designed to BREEAM Excellent standards, integrating photovoltaic panels, eco-friendly materials, and energy-efficient systems to support sustainable healthcare.

EP Consulting is proud to be delivering the mechanical and electrical engineering design for this vital community hub, which will provide essential services, including community nursing, midwifery, podiatry, physiotherapy, and more, ensuring high-quality care for local residents.

With construction progressing well, we’re looking forward to seeing this outstanding facility come to life and serve the community for years to come.
