Starting as a Junior Mechanical Engineer, Paul became a Director in 2007, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. He holds a BTEC HND in Mechanical Engineering and has managed projects valued up to £30 million.

As Director, Paul focuses on advancing sustainable engineering in building services, specialising in integrating energy-saving and carbon reduction measures. His work ensures that these solutions are practical and beneficial for end users and property owners.
