Lucy joined the team in 2025 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. She is an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with over 10 years in building services, delivering high-quality HVAC, public health and low-energy solutions across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, education, residential and commercial.

A creative and forward-thinking professional, Lucy takes a hands-on approach to design, technical leadership, and cross-disciplinary coordination. She is passionate about innovation and sustainability and is committed to seeing projects through from concept to commissioning.
