Within the plant room modifications to the mains cold water distribution pipework and existing gas pipework were required to suit the new plant layout, together with modifications to the existing Trend IQ3 Mechanical Services Control Panel and the provision of all necessary power and controls wiring.

The project included the removal of the existing six Keston gas fired boilers, variable temperature heating distribution pumps and associated heating pipework within the plant room, together with the removal of the existing gas boiler flues, heating system pressurisation unit, expansion vessel and associated pipework and redundant controls.
