A £360k restoration of the existing c.1821 buildings for English Heritage to tell the story of South Derbyshire's historical role in the pottery industry. The scheme involved the incorporation of an automatic control for the gas-fired boiler plant, water heaters, equipment, ventilation, underfloor heating, etc based around a centralised Energy Management System together with a lift, power, lighting and emergency lighting, fire alarm and security systems installations.
