A £2.2m full mechanical and electrical refurbishment of two wards within the Children’s Hospital.

Adult Intensive Care Unit - £350k unit reorganisation to provide additional bed space.

Anaesthetics Room - £200k remodelling of existing and extension within C Block.

Ante Natal Clinic - £260k refurbishment and remodelling of clinic rooms.

Autocore Blood Transfusion Lab - £170k modifications to existing labs, creation of new labs together with relocation of some lab equipment.

Core 38, C Block - £85k installation of new Quadraplex medical vacuum pumps to replace the existing twin system.

Distribution Board Replacement - £180k upgrade of the electrical distribution equipment within the rising services areas.

Emergency Department Observation Area - £250k project to refurbish the area, our role being to oversee the electrical contractor’s design.

Emergency Department - £65k alteration of two existing toilets to create a fully disabled WC.

External Lighting Refurbishment - £450k upgrade of external lighting system over six phases at both NUH NHS campuses.

Histopathology - £40k modifications to the existing M&E services within two new laboratories to facilitate the installation of Symphony equipment.

Oxygen Compounds - £270k provision of a new compound adjacent West Block and refurbishment of the existing compound adjacent to the Estates Works Department.

Parents’ Overnight Accommodation - £150k refurbishment of existing and extension.

Theatres Gas Store - £175k modifications to existing M&E services to facilitate alterations to the store area.

Ward E17 - £850k complete refurbishment of ward.
