A rolling £1.2m 4 year contract for the provision of mechanical and electrical services for various projects across a number of campuses including the refurbishment of existing wet laboratories at the Basford Hall Campus; the relocation of laboratories at Stoney Street Campus; a new fire alarm and emergency lighting installation within the Construction buildings at Basford Hall Campus; a new fire alarm installation to the Bath Street Campus; and modifications to various teaching areas and amenity services within Basford Hall Campus. These projects included lighting, emergency lighting, 13A power, access control systems, fire alarm systems, intruder alarm systems, CCTV systems, heating, ventilation, hot and cold water services, and gas installations.
